Cheddar and Parmesan Cheeses ([Cultured Pasteurized Milk and Part-Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Cheese Cultures], Whey, Buttermilk Solids, Salt, Disodium Phosphate), Hydrolyzed Collagen, Calcium Caseinate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, Nonfat Dry Milk, Cellulose Gum, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Dehydrated Broccoli, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Less than 1% each of: Garlic Powder, Potassium Citrate, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Onion Powder, Gum Acacia, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Malic Acid, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Annatto Powder (color), Turmeric (color), Sunflower Lecithin, Soy Lecithin.
Pour 8 fl. oz. of very cold water into a shaker. Add the contents of one packet and mix well. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute then test or in a saucepan over medium heat. Do not overheat.
Note: For creamy soups, add 6 oz. of cold water. Also, don’t hesitate to add seasonings for variety or mix in leftover cooked veggies.
