With 12 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber, this chili works well on its own or you can add your favorite ingredients to make it even more filling. Try adding cauliflower rice, ground turkey, chopped spinach, or sautéed peppers. You can even get creative and add some additional spices to ratchet up the heat or change up the flavor profile.

Stove-Top:
Combine the contents of one packet and 6 ounces of HOT water in a saucepan. Stir thoroughly. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
