Wheat Flour, Vital Wheat Gluten, Whey Protein Concentrate, Egg White Solids, Oat Fiber, Monocalcium Phosphate, Potassium Bicarbonate, Nonfat Milk, Polydextrose, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Salt, Artificial Flavor, Lactic Acid, Modified Cornstarch, Xanthan Gum, Sunflower and Soy Lecithin, Whey, Sunflower Oil, Mono and Diglycerides, Propylene Glycol Esters of Fatty Acids, Sucralose, Sodium Caseinate, Sulfites (Sodium Meta-Bisulfite) [To Preserve Freshness], Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate.
Preheat griddle to 300º F (or nonstick frying pan at low heat). Pour contents of one packet of pancake mix into 1.7 oz of water. Stir with fork until dissolved and mixed well. Pour mixture onto heating surface and flip over pancake when air bubbles are near its center (or cook up to 2 minutes on each side).
