Ingredients: Protein Blend [Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, Eggs White (Egg White, Citric Acid, Baker's Yeast), Spray-dried Whole Egg Powder], Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Benzoyl Peroxide, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Ascorbic Acid, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Amylase, Folic Acid), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Freeze-dried Blueberry, Guar Gum, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Fructose, Modified Corn Starch, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Sucralose, Silicone Dioxide.

Contains: Wheat, Milk and Eggs.

Manufactured on equipment that processes soybeans, peanuts, sesame, tree nuts and fish.
How to Prepare

Preheat griddle to 300º F (or nonstick frying pan at low heat). Pour contents of one packet of pancake mix into 1.7 oz of water. Stir with fork until dissolved and mixed well. Pour mixture onto heating surface and flip over pancake when air bubbles are near its center (or cook up to 2 minutes on each side).
