Ingredients: Whey Protein Concentrate, Whole Wheat Flour, Milk Protein Isolates, Egg Whites, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Freeze-Dried Blueberries, Potato Starch, Guar Gum, Baking Soda ( Sodium Bicarbonate), Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Whole Egg Powder, Sucralose, Fructose, Citric Acid, Soy and/or Sunflower Lecithin.

Contains: Milk, Wheat (gluten), Egg and Soy.

Manufactured on equipment that processes peanuts
and tree nuts.

Contains bioengineered food ingredients.

Preheat griddle to 300º F (or nonstick frying pan at low heat). Pour contents of one packet of pancake mix into 1.7 oz of water. Stir with fork until dissolved and mixed well. Pour mixture onto heating surface and flip over pancake when air bubbles are near its center (or cook up to 2 minutes on each side).

Like healthy fruit loops only more yummy

Oh my God I bought this because it was on buy one get one free and it is like more yummy than fruit loops but healthy and I'm addicted to it. It's the most yummy sweetest treat they have I believe. I like having bags of small treats in them so it feels like I'm eating a lot and this fits that craving better than anything else they have. I've been stocking up and hope they keep this in stock or bring it back. I don't know why it was discontinued. I never tried it until it was on buy one get one free and so glad it was!
