Quick and easy to prepare, our full-flavored Vegetable Chili is ideal for those days when you’re ready for a warm, comforting dish. With 12 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber, this chili works well on its own or you can add your favorite ingredients to make it even more filling. Try adding cauliflower rice, ground turkey, chopped spinach, or sautéed peppers. You can even get creative and add some additional spices to ratchet up the heat or change up the flavor profile.
Pro tip: Soak the chili in the prescribed amount of water for an hour or so to really perk up those beans. Also pairs well with our High-Protein Brown Bread.
