I love the basics of this program. The people are great (and I highly recommend the red light therapy), the coaching is helpful, the foods are OK but very good at staving off hunger. I lost 5.6 pounds the first week, and struggled very little compared with other diets. Fingers crossed that I can go the distance to my target weight

Good for the beginning
In the beginning stage, it was really nice to have a large variety to try out. Between the soups, bars, puddings, and a few other items I got to try pretty much just about everything that you could have as a choice. I have some favorites now and also a couple that I wouldn’t choose ever again.
