Gina in the Bellingham location is wonderful. She is very knowledgable, helpful, and kind. She helps you to understand the process. I was hesitant as far as the results, but it just takes being patient for the results. It really works!

My favorite! Love chocolate and carmel. Great consistency. It feels like you are eating a candy bar. I plan to buy even when I have lost the weight.

Tasty chicken soup to help lose weight. Can’t get much better.
This soup tastes great and makes this diet easy to follow. I only use the soup products as they’re easy and I don’t need a variety but would like to have a few more soup options. I don’t follow the directions exactly but rather use a 24 oz shaker to make it. Still tastes great and is more filling.
